Leading actors and actresses will join with the country’s top television presenters and directors for the 2011 Polascianan Television Awards which will be held at the Sevruk Arena in Karasicena tonight. Recorded ahead of a transmission tomorrow evening, the annual awards were established in 2006 to promote the very best of Polascianan broadcasting. Dominated by rising young stars in previous years, the nominations for this years awards have remained a strongly kept secret, but the crowd of nearly 25,000 members of the general public will tonight get an advanced glimpse of their favourite stars. The awards will be presented by popular couple, Anton Krushnev and Natalia Olonov, while both the Minister for Communications and Media, Krill Serbin and the Minister for Sport, Recreation and The Arts, Daniela Kuhn will be in attendance at the ceremony.
